A one-time recovery key file will be downloaded during registration. If you lose both your password and that recovery key file, your account cannot be recovered.
Prices are shown per month. You do not need a server code during purchase. If you buy a relay plan, you link it to a verified server later after login.
Use the Debian Recovery Vault Helper to back up Thunderbird mail + decryption keys into one encrypted local archive. The helper creates the 24-word phrase and uploads only the small recovery blob to your Vault account.
The website temporarily queues encrypted mail while your MailStick server is offline. Your server later comes back, connects, and pulls the waiting messages itself.
The more advanced relay path for supported always-online delivery behavior. Choose this instead of Relay Server Hold, not together with it.

Log in to view your active paid services, finalize any pending PayPal order, and add more services later if you want to expand your account.
